TLS-CRYPT ERROR (OPENVPN)

Model: ER707-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20240324 Rel.42799

From my Router:

[osg:40-AE-30-22-C8-83]: OPTION error: Unrecognized option or missing parameter(s) in /etc/openvpn/client_client0.ovpn:61: tls-crypt (2.3.8).

TLS-CRYPT has been used since Sept 1st of 2018

WHY isn't this supported in a VPN router? This is a deal killer for me as I use the VPN for work.

Also note: BUG

Remote Server will only allow an IP address, no FQDN which the instructions say is allowed:

Hi @DACZ

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The OVPN version does not sync to the OVPN official version. We don't upgrade the version as frequently as the OVPN because it is not a dedicated OVPN router. We do upgrade the VPN versions with the major releases but not as frequent as the single software.

And not every parameter from the OVPN official is supported. We are based on the OVPN codes but not entirely copying the OVPN codes from the official.

FQDN has been scheduled in V5.15. See any information about requests on the request page.
