Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0.7 Build 20230410 Rel. 69645(5553)

Is there any resolution for this please?

My power source is stable and I've done updating it to the latest firmware as well but it doesn't fix the problem.

Please help.

Hi  @Ven18

Please make sure you are using the original power supply. And have tried different working cables.

If the issue persists, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.

I have this similliar issue but my devices already out of warranty, hopefully it's just firmware bug.

I doubt it's a firmware bug, these devices have been around a long long time. They are also unique in that the supplied POE (24V I believe) injector they come with has a reset switch incorporated. That means there is a way of reseting the device over the cable. You should investigate that first...either moisture or mechanical vibration issues at the POE injector, or intermittent cable connections that simulate pushing the reset button on the injector.
