Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are currently experiencing several network issues that require your immediate attention:

  1. Ping Attack: We have detected a ping attack originating from the IP address 185.180.221.32, resulting in 172 dropped packets.
  2. WiFi Signal Fluctuations: Our WiFi signal strength is inconsistent, often dropping to a single point before returning to full strength. Additionally, there are nearby users with access points that might be causing interference.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these issues?

Thank you for your prompt assistance.
