TAPO C210 Device Offline on VIGI NVR1008H
Hi,
Need help on connecting the Tapo C210 to VIGI NVR1008H, I made initial connection using camera discovery but when i verified the camera with the correct camera account, VIGI shows the camera as Device Offline but in Tapo App the device is visibly recording.
Please advices. Attaching screenshot of the devices.

@Clive_A thanks. will try as it seems the camera is faulty already requested for a replacement will try your reco once delivered. but would just want to know is the TPLink TAPO C210 considered third party?

In this case, third-party in this case means anything beyond the VIGI brand. Tapo is a sub-brand of the TP-Link home products.
VIGI is the business product and its cameras are considered as the first-party. VIGI got its own unique protocols for the pair-up and stream.
