Hi,

 

I use EAP245 V1 1.4.0 Build 20180323 Rel. 32551

together with EAP245 V1 2.3.1 Build 20191029 Rel. 61589

Seem to work fine finally, wired,  with Omada controller v3.2.17 (costed me some hassle)

Mesh however doesn't work. Do I have to change the setup?

Hi, yes, EAP245 V1 doesn't support mesh.

there is no mesh on the EAP245 v1, if you want to mesh, you have to upgrade to something newer

If you want use EAP mesh, please have a look on Omada Mesh compatible list.

As you can see, EAP245 V1 is not in the list.

 

The EAP245 V1 is end-of-life for a long time.

How did you get it?

Hi Vincent, I bought the V1 back in 2017. Still works fine. But regarding MESH it has no functionality I understand?
