T1600G-28PS Switch connected to spectrum router. Not able to configure differnet VLANs

Model: T1600G-28PS(TL-SG2424P)

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20160922 Rel.58984(s)

T1600G-28PS Switch connected to spectrum router. I was able to create new VLANs. need to configure IP on these Vlans so I have different networks

Any suggestions?
