Model: VIGI C540S
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 231128 Rel.58968n

Trying to change camera time isn't possible. Because, it gets reverted back to the default value of '(UTC-03:00) Brasilia, Sao Paulo'.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Through VIGI Android APP v2.5.20

- G to Settings->General Settings->Time Zone

- Change Time Zone and tap on Save

- Observe that the new Time Zone is displayed correctly under Geneal Settings

- Go back to home screen, observe that time is not actually changed to the desired Time Zone.

- Go to Time Zone settings as in step #1

- Observe that Time Zone value is set back to Sao Paolo and time is incorrect

2. Trough IPC WEB interface - Method 1

- Go to Settings->System Settings->Date

- Click on 'Synchronize with computer'

- Observe that time settings shown match with computer time

- Click Save

- Navigate away from the Date settings page and come back

- Observe that Time Zone value is set back to Sao Paolo and time is incorrect

3. Trough IPC WEB interface - Method 2

- Go to Settings->System Settings->Date

- Pick Time Zone from the drop down list and set Time manually

- Click Save

- Navigate away from the Date settings page and come back

- Observe that Time Zone value is set back to Sao Paolo and time is incorrect

Hello @Clive_A,

thanks for the quick reply, manually upgrading to latest version fixed it!

I was surprised seeing a more recent version existed. Because, all apps (Android, Win11, Web) were claiming I'm already on latest FW :)

Cheers,

Yakup

Good to know it's resolved.

You can check out the global site if you experience a strange issue. Or use the online firmware upgrade to check with the server.
