How to Enable Cloud Access for OC200 in Omada App?
I am currently using the OC200 and have already connected it to my TP-Link ID. However, when I access the Omada app on my Android device, I can only see the OC200 listed under "On-Premises Controller" and not as a cloud-based controller.
My goal is to be able to control the OC200 using the Omada app on Android even when the PC is turned off. How can I ensure that the OC200 is managed via the cloud, so it remains accessible remotely?

Hi @Nandos94
OC200 is a kind of on-premises controller.
You will be able to manage the controller via Omada APP or cloud website remotely, as long as the OC200 is powered on as well as the Internet working.
As for cloud-based controller, it's a kind of controller that's totally based on the cloud.
That's not your case. You don't need a cloud-based controller since you already have the OC200.

Hello, i had this use case that you describe working for years but the omada app has been changed lately and i've now lost the ability to control my omada controller when i'm outside, on the go.

Something has been changed in the IOS app.
My OC200 is of course always connected and connected to internet.

Hi @Ced2ric
What's the app showing when you try to manage the OC200 remotely? please better provide some screenshots.
If go to omada.tplinkcloud.com, is the OC200 online or offline?
