Cant Find Known Connected Device in Device List
I have a system where I have a user who is connecting hgis playstation in the office and the boss wants it blocked. I looked at his network settings and have his MAC addresses and confiurmed he is in fact connected to our Wifi. However I can not find his WiFi MAC anywhere in the system. If I reboot the AP in hos area he loses connection so I confirmed hios connection that way as well. I scrubbed an entire list manually and searched his MAC as well and cant find it. He is not hard wired. I am looking for suggestions.

@Vincent-TP Thanks but its a playstation so no Win key on the controller. I can find it by the IP on the web based controller and renamed it and it now appears on the app. Not sure what that was about...Thanks for the advise...

Looks like he turned on the random MAC.
If you can check his computer, you can start by making sure that the SSID that the computer is connected to is the EAP's.
Then turn the computer's random MAC off.
Go to "Settings", which can be quickly opened by pressing the shortcut key "Win + I".
Find the option "Network & Internet" in Settings and click it.
Click the "Wi-Fi" tab. On the right side, you can see the "Random MAC address" button. Turning off this button to disable random MAC addresses for all Wi-Fi networks.
After that, you may get the MAC address of the PC and search again.
