Network issue since updated to firmware 2.0.2 for C540-w
Since I was update the camera firmware to v.2.0.2 build 240914 on yesterday (2024-10-27). I found the network issue that camera was connect. It flash to online and offine. And I still loss connection to login to check it in the app VIGI. HOW TO DOWNGRADE IT TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE FIRMWARE!!!! OR HOW LONG THAT IT WILL FIXED AND RELEASE THE NEW FIRMWARE VERSION TO SOLVE THE NETWORK ISSUE IN CURRENT VERSION OF FIRMWARE BUILD 240914??!!!!!!

Downgrade shares the same process as the upgrade.
However, some models/firmware do not support downgrade. Please note that.
Regarding the network issue, you might wanna check the Internet connectivity as on the forum so far you are the only one reporting this model and firmware having this issue.

@Clive_A it work well on the previous firmware version until it was updated to the new. The router far from the IPC less than 2 meters though the wall. The wifi able to connect well more than 10 meters from the router, verify connection via smartphone. HOW TO SOLVE THE ISSUE?

Where did you download this firmware?
I am not seeing 2.0.2 for C540-W on Global nor TH site.

Cloud pushed. Not released on the official website. I have not seen this and I think this was recently released and we have not put it on the website.
So, the firmware upgrade was done via the app as well, correct? I need to look into this firmware release and confirm its status.
You can try to reset it and see if it could work normally or not.

@PATRICK_TH hi, I'm having the same issue as well. My device just went offline and I couldn't find the reason, I switch off the main switch and try to reconnect it as well. But seem like it's not working..

@Belle88 you can fixed it by download the firmware v.2.0.0 or older on the official webpage and direct connect to your IPC via the IPC IP (suggest to use PC/Laptop) and login into the IPC by your administrator user. And upload the firmware that was downloaded to it.
