Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2

Hey everyone!

I'm currently using the Tapo Safestream router, Model TL-ER7206 with Firmware 1.0.2 to support my remote work as a virtual assistant. My setup requires a stable, secure connection for managing client tasks, video conferencing, and accessing shared files, but lately, I've been experiencing unexpected connectivity dropouts.

I’ve already tried the basics—restarting, checking cables, and ensuring the firmware is updated—but the issues persist. Has anyone else using this model encountered similar problems? Are there specific configurations or settings you’d recommend to enhance stability? Any help or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @BBVA

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

It seems to be a problem with your ISP or the landline if you say it only behaves like this recently.

Try to use ping or monitor tools like that to keep an eye on your connection status.

I don't see there is a specific setting that should be modified on the router.
