Model: Festa FR205
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2

I have an FR205 with several clients behind it that initiate VPN connections to locations outside my network. When I have hardware offload enabled on the FR205 I see lots of bad packet id messages in the server logs. This is indicative of duplicate packets. Has anyone else seen similiar behavior? Any fix other than disabling hardware offload?

I have two ISPs and I see it on both, and I have also tried reducing the MTU. The only solution has been disabling hardware offload.

@Clive_A It doesn't, and I know that I can ignore it. The questions are more along the lines of: (1) why is this happening, and (2) does tp_link plan to address the underlying bug?

It is not a bug.

It behaves in this way due to the stats system does not count what is being offloaded to the hardware offload DPU.
