Thanks for posting in our business forum.
In a recent update in Chrome(or Chromium frame-based browser), TLS 1.3 got a problem and it could break the function of URL filter.
And we have fixed this issue in recent firmware releases.
Like MR.S recommended, please make sure your firmware is up-to-date.
