Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.6 latest stable

Using ER605 I Can connect to wifi but requiring "SIGN-IN to NETWORK" and when i click okay i get forwarded to a strange ip address and nothing happens, i also dont have internet in the Cellphone/Gadget.

I have not setup any HOTSPOT or PORTAL in the settings/features

Also what is weird is that my previously connected (year old connected) wifi cameras work just fine and i can view them using their app (TPLINK TAPO Camera)

New devices or any Cellphone/Tablets gets this error that requires me to "SIGN in to NETWORK" and go no where.
Was previously working and smooth 1 week ago. i have tried restarting everything in my network and this problem still persists. please help. im at my wits end

Hi @BryanMania

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If you see the sign-in, you should check if you have Internet access. Is that a portal from your ISP to requires you to log in or top up for Internet? LTE Internet?

The router itself if it is not configured with a portal but you are redirected, it is either your modem or ISP forced. The router does not redirect you for any reason unless ISP/modem or you configured the portal.

Screenshots are needed for the page and IP/domain it showed.

Your network diagram with IP marked and specified.

Please mosaic your sensitive information. Here is a list of information considered sensitive:

1. Public IP address on your WAN if your WAN is.

2. Real MAC address of your device.

3. Your personal information including address, domain name, and credentials.

For troubleshooting purposes, when a WAN IP is needed, please leave some values visible for identification.

  @Clive_A

No problem with the internet plan. when i connect directly to the modem using lan cable there is internet, also the WIFI cameras (TPLINK TAPO) are working when viewing them via mobile data.

. i will get back with you later when i go back to the farm and get all the details. thank you so much
