VIGI VMS Mongo Server "27017" in red
Hello,
I recently downloaded the VIGI VMS Service Manager to control some TP Link VIGI cameras for my installations.
I bought a mini server to let the application always on.
Unfortunatly, when i want to start the VIGI VMS server, the Mongo Server with the port "27017" can't launch.
What can I do ?

Hi @toanassaly
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Based on the error it tells you, you follow the error to address it.
Usually, it is either a port that has been taken so you need to kill the program that occupies it or it fails to launch it due to some OS issue.
I don't have any other suggestions if no specific error is presented.

Thank you very much for your quick reply, How can I kill the program that occupies this port ? Or if its some OS issues, what can I do ?
To find out the port being used, you should run the CMD and follow the commands about the port finding.
Since this is a system issue, you can look up the lines on how to find the port of a program.
Or you can use third-party software which can provide you with a better UI.
I personally use Process Hacker for monitoring a process on my computer. It's up to you what tool you use to kill the program that occupies the port.
You can also try to kill the MongoDB program in your process and see if could resolve the issue.
(I am not responsible for any software you've downloaded or the program I recommended. Please download at your discretion. Command Prompt natively supports the lines to list and find the ports.)
