WIFI Extension/Repeater
Hi guys!
I do have a ER605 router with two EAP653 AP's in each floor. Omada Controller V5.14.20.9 is running on my PC.
Now I need to extend WIFI range. I do not have further Ethernet/POE cabeling just a power socket.
Which WIFI AP I should/can use.

Hi @wickie
Just for reference, here is a guideline on how to configure EAP mesh:

Download the AP datasheet which provides a comparison of features across all APs. You are looking for the 'Mesh' feature support, which is supported by just about everything, except some 200 series APs and a few of the wall mounted varieties.

@wickie A note that nice alternative option to get a cheapo/used Archer capable to work as range extender. E.g., the Archer C54 is capable to extend both a 5GHz and a 2.4GHz network and thus you can have a separated IoT network (extending your IoT VLAN on the 2.4GHz) and a normal 5GHz network.
The proper solution is however, what d0ugmac1 has mentioned above.

Thank you for the information.
I think I will buy a EAP615-Wall. As I just have a power socket and no ethernet cable, which POE Injector or passive POE Adapter I do need?

The EAP615-wall doesn't come with a POE injector, but is 802.3af/at compliant. So any 'active' 48V POE source will do.
