660 HD Firmware Update and Starlink
First and foremost, we utilize Stalink as our primary internet source for our home office. I suspect this was the culprit in what occurred. I noted via Omada Cloud dashboard a new firmware was available and went to upgrade and received a "file is invalid" message. I confirmed the correct version and device and it still failed. After reviewing the dashboard I noticed, that the last firmware upgrade was the Canada version, not the US. We are in Idaho, not Canada. How can we reset and resume using the US firmware on US devices??

Hi @Blackwind
You can try manually updating via the following steps:
1. Download the latest firmware for EAP60 HD V1 from the TP-Link official website;
2. Double click the EAP, and go to Config > Manage Device > Browse, upload the firmware file from Step 1

I have already tried a manual update with the latest US firmware for 1.3.2. Hence, the error message above.

Considering the level and lack of response on what should be a straightforward problem, it sounds like I need to stop using TP-Link altogether. This is beyond unacceptable.
