Hi,

When i first got my ER7212PC I had it connected to a cable internet connection and specified the incoming expected rate accordingly (I was prompted to do so).  I've now switched to a different ISP on WAN/LAN port 4.  This new internet agreement has a faster speed.  I cannot find though where to specify the expected incoming rate for report purposes.

 

Anyone know where it is please?

In controller mode, you have to go to Dashboard and:

1. Show more details

2. Press edit Button

3. Set up proper values for proper interface

4. Confirm the changes

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The Raru described in the picture only offers you a fixed speed.

The router does not actively provide you with stats on the Internet speed or test it. None of the Omada routers supports testing the speed all the time which requires many resources and it is not ideal for our product.

 

If you want to test the speed, please visit the speed test and websites that support speed test to perform a manual speed test.
