Hi Support Team,

 

I recently migrated to VIGI VMS cloud, and its a great tool to manage and monitor multiple sites. However, post migration I encountered one issue, where in both VIGI mobile application, VMS desktop and from HDMI view from locally, the object tracking field for both "Human" and "Vesicles" appearing on the screen, which is very distracting. I tried playing with the setting both from the mobile application/VIGI VMS cloud portal, but it's still appearing.

 

Weirdly, this tracking is not visible on VIGI VMS cloud portal, when watching the feed.

 

Please suggest how to disable the On-screen prompt of tracking.(attached sample picture)

Settings > Event > Smart Frame.
