Hi, I have issues on "Push to Talk" feature on VIGI C540V while using their desktop app VIGI Security Manager.

Because when I tried to use the feature to be able to send my voice over the VIGI C540V camera, it does not work. No audio comes out.

Is there something I have missed?

 

-Just another additional info, I am using a USB headphone with microphone in it.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Does the microphone work? Have you tested it on the computer? You have options of different input sources and if you have made sure that the microphone is the chosen source now?
