Hello!

I use 5xc250 and 2xC450  cameras with NVR1008H.

 

Te problem which I have apeared in notification menu in the VIGI app. The button on the bottom in the middle with bell icon.

Movement detection is configured and work perfectly, i receive the noitification on my phone, and after click on it I can seee the short preview. This preview ends exactly when the movemenets starts, It means I can't see exaclty what happened but I can see what happened 10 sec before.

This problem occurs only on C250. inside house I have 2 C450 and the preview is perfect long and the event is exactly in the middle of the movie. 

 

When I enter into camera menu=>playback the marked zone in the timeline is much longer and I can watch complete movie.

 

It looks like the notification is not perfeclty matched with the preview. Or the preview is too short.

 

Is there any solution for it?

You might want to check if there is a new firmware to it. Or if your firmware is on the latest:

Hi Clive_A,
before I wrote this post I checked on VIGI VMS if there is some new update but wasn't.

It turned out it is possible to do it manually, as you proposed.

Now it looks like it helped.

I will do some more test but now the problem seems to be solved. Thank you!
