What is the difference between MH and MF in the Port Settings?

What is the difference between MH and MF in the Port Settings?

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20230218 Rel.51358

Hi,

I recently bought the TL-SG108PE and looked a bit through the settings.

Under Switching/Port-Settings i found these Terms "MF" and "MH".

Can someone tell me what those are and which is better?
