I'm having trouble with VOIP calls using SIP on this router. Often the phone does not ring for inbound calls and those calls are routed to my voice mail, which is provided by the VOIP service. I have not had this trouble until I replaced an old router with the R600VPN. The vendor asked that I disable SIP ALG, but it is not offered on this router.

Working with the vendor's support, they say their logs show the INVITE message going out, but no response from my side is received. The session times out and the call rolls over to voice mail.

Are others using SIP-based VOIP on this router successfully? Any config changes required?

Thanks!

Hi, bbrandaw

Try to disable SPI firewall.
