New Firmware for EAP773 but can't install it from OC300

Hello,
New(er) user to Omada series. Latest OC300 firmware and I have sucessfully upgraded the firmware on my 24port 2.5g siwtch & 24port 1gig switch. However, I just adopted a EAP773 and it says there's a new firmware available but I can't install it. I go into the upgrade rule and I can't hit "Next" button. No target version listed? Way to download the firmware?
-Tried Chrome & Firefox
-Logged out & logged in
-Waited several hours.
Version I want is: EAP773(US)_V1_1.0.14 Build 20240801
Thoughts? See screenshot below.

This is mostly because that version was not pushed via cloud yet.
You may upgrade it manually via the button below:
