Clients in VLAN don't get DHCP
Hi everyone,
I am struggeling to get an additional VLAN with its own WiFi up and running. I followed all the more or less same tutorials and read through many threads in this forum. Still I am having the following issue: when I create an additional VLAN with its own WiFi, no client in there is getting a proper IP address.
If I connect to WiFi IoT, it takes ages and I do not have DHCP and of course no internet connection. What am I missing here? Thanks!
Here is my setup:

There is nothing wrong with your setup that I can see, do you have any other switches in the network that I can't see?

@MR.S Nope. Everything is as you can see in the first screenshot (map). I am thinking that maybe, I need to connect the gateway to the IoT VLAN (not the default one, that is working perfectly fine). Can it be, that the tagged/untagged port settings need to be changed? Cheers, Rainer

ok, i know what it is. you have easy managed switch. you need to create a switch profile and add this profile to all link ports
somthing like that

@MR.S thanks again for your quick answer. Highly appreciated. Looks like I need to do some research, as I am not sure, what tagged and untagged network means. I still have some questions: 1) the profile your are suggesting, needs to be applied to all ports. As I have 3 VLANS (internal, IOT and guest), will this profile work for all three VLANs? 2) which network(s) needs to be in the tagged and which one(s) in untagged field? Thank you so much!
