It's a bit the same here. 
1) Controller (Software) running

2) Local Access via PC/browser: possible and working

3) Cloud Access via PC/browser: Controller Shows green/online, double-click results in not accessible/also once had server busy

4) app says controller is offline

Got a controller "offline" message last night at around 3H, i.e., no user or admin activity.

Me controller has nkt gone off,  It works normally as usual all days.  LAptop works, omada sdn works,  Access omada controller via localhost is accessibke,  Omada cloud enabled. The challenge comes when i want to access omada controller via https://euw1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/ it shows controlller but cannot open controller also when accessed via omada controller app from playstore it shows controller but not access the controller.  Tells one of either controller or app is offline  But when comes to https://euw1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/#cloudAccessManager shows online but omce i want to open controller it gives message that tp link server is busy (as shown on the screenshot ) attachment to the post

Same behavior here.

All working now correctly again.

Noticed that in my case not only OMADA was affected, same issue with VIGI.

Did some restarts this morning without any effects. System came up again without any further measures.
