White Listing certain IP's from WAN Ping Attack
I believe I am getting false WAN Ping Attack notifications from a certain IP. It belongs to a AWS Datacentre in EU West, is there any way to whitelist this IP from detection?

Hi @Jphannon
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
It is based on the pattern of the access instead of the IP address belongings. Only the IP that triggers the threshold or the pattern will be dropped.
Which means this request is not doable.
ACL can white list public IP addresses and on WAN. But I think it does not work for this situation. You may try it.

Hi Clive,
Thanks for getting back to me, I have whitelisted the IP within ACL's and i havent recieved a notification that its been blocked again, so fingers crossed that has worked. I just had a question about the TCP SYN packets attack notifications, is it possible to get the source ip from the logs as it only shows up as a generic error message without the IP, or is this not possible with the omada ecosytem?
Thanks
James
