Enabled DPI but users tab missing
Hi all,
We just enabled the deep packet inspection feature on our work site, and we can see traffic is being recorded as we can see on the screenshot:
BUT we cannot see who is generating the traffic, after searching we noticed that we are lacking the "users" tab.
these are the setting we have for the DPI
besides the OC300 we also use as a router an ER8411.
In an other site with an OC200 v1 1.33.5 Build 20241211 Rel.56151 and an ER707 we also have the same behavior with missing "users" tab.

the feature is nonsense when we don't see the per-user data. Please enable the feature back for hardware controllers. We bought the hardware and expect it to work.

The feature does work. The controllers do work
This one part of it was removed so they dont make the hardware controllers (that have limited capabilities) slow to a crawl, at which point you would be complaining about that.

Im not going to give you any different answers than those you have already been given, and opening up more threads or replying to more threads with the same question (i think its 4 now) also wont give you any different answers.
The answer you seek has already been very specifically answered in at least one of them.
