Firmware Version: H.265+

I am not a technician. I have set up NVR myself in my house and have also installed two cameras.which is model no. Vigi 2201 and vigi c330 3MP. It is successful connected by me in first attempt ...problem that is my one camera is not show visual..... it show brown view it is successful voice recording i have checked connection many times but I can't found problem...see that attechment

Is something blocking the lens?

The camera is working. The stream is live.
