Yes, this is a massive disappointment.  I am going to have to return my purchase since such a super basic need can't be done.  Also really disappointed you're literally unable to not assign a VLAN number to a LAN port being used.  Just seems very backwards to force something that didn't need to be forced and the only thing that was gained by deciding to force such feature was you limit other people from integrating nicely with previous hardware configs.  It's a shame but what can you expect from such a cheap piece of hardware.  I knew it was too good to be true.  Thought it was going to do exactly what i needed it for but find these in the first 5 min so who knows what else isn't going to live up to network needs.
