Hello everyone,
The firmware was not the problem with the customer. It was actually a cable problem that occurred and therefore there were ping losses and dropouts.
Now, however, with the 1.1.92 beta, a problem has arisen in VLAN 1 where the connections are no longer clean. Is there anything known about this? In addition to VLAN 1, the customer also uses many other VLANs in the network where there are no problems.
After downgrading to 1.0.14, the problem in VLAN 1 is gone again. Curious.

Hi @TW_EPC
Thank you so much for the feedback. This is the first feedback about this beta. We cares a lot.
May we know more details about the VLAN1 issue? What do you mean about the VLAN connection not clean? Do you mean the wireless connection for VLAN1 clients are unstable? Or are there devices connected to VLAN1 that should not be connected to VLAN1? Any more details will be much appreciated!

Hi @Vincent-TP ,
After updating to the beta version, there were problems in VLAN 1. PING and Tracert worked so far, but there was increased packet loss here. Pages were not loading correctly, services were not starting correctly, etc.
You could also see “invalid traffic packets” in the firewall. Everything worked again after the downgrade.
In summary, it can be said that the traffic in VLAN 1 no longer goes cleanly via the AP. Could this have something to do with a new setting or something?

I've been using the new 1.1.92 beta the last few days. It's been rock solid in terms of devices not disconnecting and has been working very well.
One issue that I did notice is that if OFDMA is enabled on the 6ghz band, after a few hours 6ghz stops working. No devices can see the 6ghz SSID and MLO devices only conenct to 2.4ghz or 5ghz. A reboot brings the 6ghz band back but only for a few hours again. No issues with OFDMA on 2.4ghz or 5ghz bands.

Hi @Jeff.W
Thanks for your feedback. To understand better, please give us the following info about this issue:
1. Did you have the same configuration as the previous version? Everything working well? Please also give us the version number you were using before.
2. A reboot will bring the 6ghz back, do you mean reboot the EAP783 unit?
3. What kind of 6G clients are you using? Please give us the brand name, model numbers and OS versions.
4. If downgrade the EAP783 to the old version, will the issue disappear?
5. If disable OFDMA for 6Ghz, will the issue disappear?
