Cloud Controller
Using Cloud Controller for Voucher access to Wifi. I am seeing massive delays when the client connects to the wifi and the page often fails to load to enter the voucher. It just stalls and its beyond me why sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it just gets stuck. The bandwidth on the internet side is 250mb down 50mb up with no connection issues.

Hi @ChrisStore

Possible causes analysis
- Network configuration on the Wi - Fi side: Even though your internet - side bandwidth seems sufficient (250 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up), there could be issues with the local Wi - Fi network configuration. For example, the number of concurrent connections the access points are handling might be approaching their limit. If too many clients are trying to connect simultaneously, it can lead to delays in the authentication process, including the voucher page load.
- Cloud Controller settings: There might be misconfigurations in the Cloud Controller settings related to voucher - based access. Incorrectly set timeout values for the authentication process could cause the page to stall. Also, if there are issues with the communication between the access points and the Cloud Controller, it can disrupt the normal flow of the voucher - based access.
- Client - side issues: In some cases, the problem could be on the client device. Browser - related issues, such as cached data or incorrect security settings, can prevent the voucher page from loading properly. For example, if the browser has strict privacy settings that block third - party cookies required for the authentication process, it can lead to the page not loading.

Troubleshooting steps we recommend
- Check the number of connected clients: Log in to the Cloud Controller and check the number of clients currently connected to your access points. If it's close to the maximum limit, consider upgrading your access points or adding more to handle the load.
- Review Cloud Controller settings: Double - check the authentication settings in the Cloud Controller. Make sure that the timeout values for voucher - based authentication are set appropriately. Also, verify the connection between the access points and the Cloud Controller to ensure seamless communication.
- Client - side troubleshooting: Ask the clients experiencing issues to try accessing the Wi - Fi from a different browser or clear the cache and cookies in their current browser. If possible, have them try from a different device to rule out device - specific problems.
We would like to work with you to resolve this issue. Please provide us with more details such as the model numbers of your access points, the version of the Cloud Controller you are using, and any error messages that appear on the client - side when the voucher page fails to load. This information will help us diagnose the problem more accurately.

Currently, there are only a handful of clients connecting.
We have a AC1200 access point.
I see no place in the cloud controller to set timeout time settings for vouchers.
Currently the AC1200 is connected to the included POE power supply and then connected directly to the Lan port on the modem.
