I have issue with the current Omada Cloud-based controller version 5.15.16.40. All of my URL Filter list from any of routers configured to this controller will be gone once it got disconnected and reconfigured after it regain connection.

 

There was no issue happened when using previous version (5.14.xx). It is really troublesome that I need to re-add all the filter list for all of my routers.

 

Tried to email the support but no one replied. Can somebody help?

Does the issue persist?

Will it happen every time after the router disconnection?

 

Please try with different PCs, browsers, and clear the cache of the browsers.
