The camera works only in local mode (seen as local Device). I cannot manage this camrea from remote like I do with my 16 Tapo devices. When I bought this divece I was 100% sure that I wil bought next Tapo device iand I will manage all of themin the same app.
If till Monday I cannot access this camera from remote I will return device to shop and write negative comment.

BTW

Unifi Protect application I have remote control but it is not working correctly. Only horizontal tilt (movment) is po

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Tapo and VIGI are not the same dev team. They are not using the same app and individually, they use different apps for their cameras.

You can add a single IPC to the VIGI app by binding it to your TP-Link ID. SD-card is required before you view it online.
