Then do you check your settings? Paste these screenshots makes zero sense to me. Do you mean even if you've checked your settings, it persists?
It tells you that there is an IP conflict, so check the MAC address and what device is using that MAC address. Find if it has improper config in the DHCP or IP settings.
Set a different IP.
Check your DHCP reservation settings. If you have set it wrong.
Edit:
Don't spam. I won't reply to the spamming replies. I have deleted your duplicate replies.
If you have upgraded your firmware, specify it.
And you have experienced problems with both two firmware, I highly doubt that you have misconfig instead of the firmware to blame. So, show the screenshots of THAT device's IP settings and your reservation settings. And give a drawing diagram of the network with the IP specified.

So, does that log only show up after you adopt the 7206?
Try to upgrade the 2.2.0:

@Clive_A After updating the TP-Link ER7206 VPN router to the latest firmware, some devices, especially iPhones and certain mobile devices, are unable to connect to the network. This issue started occurring two days after the firmware update.
Steps Taken to Troubleshoot
1. Reserved IP for affected devices: The issue persists.
2. Reset the router and reconfigured it: No improvement.
3. Installed the beta firmware version: The issue remains the same.
4. Replaced ER7206 with the older TP-Link ER650 router: Everything started working fine, and no devices faced connectivity issues.

Did you try to delete or reset the controller?
Or create a new site to adopt the ER7206 and test it?
So you are referring to the latest beta as the official release I sent to you? 2.2.0? Or what version?
If this cannot be resolved, we might need to access your controller after you agree and permission. Or remote desktop to find out what might be wrong with your setup.
I am using a V2 7206 and the latest official release. No issue or conflict with my test bench for 30 days. I assume it could be a problem with your devices or config.
