Accessing ER7212PC using the public IP set on it (WAN3 or WAN4 port)

I have recently purchased the ER7212PC for the office.
I currently have a public static IP address and public dynamic IP address being supplied by my ISP. Let's say that the Public Static IP is 58.1.2.33 for instance, and dynamic ip of 210.3.4.5. (Fiber to the ONT and ONT to ER7212PC by using two CAT6 wires).
I have set Port 3 and Port 4 as WAN ports and connected the to each of those wires.
It appears to work well in the sense that when I connect to the web it works and I can see my 58.x.x.x address and 210.x.x.x address when I do whatsmyip.com.
The problem is.. I cannot access the router's web interface nor am I able to VPN nor ping the 58.x.x.x address when not connected to that network. (i.e., from outside of the network.)
SO... What I would like to know is what do I need to configure and more specifically where do I need to configure it in the Omada SDN on the router? (So that I can access the network with the static IP)

Hi @davidSys
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
Use the IP displayed on your router. Then you should be able to access the controller page.
Note that the port should be what you configured for HTTPS.

Thank you for your assistance. I am happy to report that I got it working based on your guidance and tinkering with the Gateway ACL Rules
For anyone else that is experiencing similar issues,
1. Follow the suggestions given by Clive_A.
2. If it still does not work, then go to the ER7212PC in the Omada Controller. >> Common Settings >> "Settings -> Network Security" and edit the Gateway ACL to appropriate settings.

Thank you for your response.
So if I understand it correctly, I would set the Public IP address 44.x.x.x in the "Global View>> Access Config >> Controller/Host name/ IP" section?
This will not impact the DHCP handing out private IPs? Like 192.168.x.x?
Thank you in advance and look forward to your response.

This should not matter.
Once you have set up the WAN IP to a public, and you know the ports for the HTTPS, you should be able to access with https://WAN IP:https_port just like the screenshot writes.

Good to know. ACL indeed can block access.
