Model: LS1005G
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

I have just purchased a TP-Link LS1005G 5-port Ethernet Switch which is connected to my Eero 6+ router via an ethernet cable. I have 3 devices connected using ports 2 to 4. Everything appears to be working correctly but when I go into the Eero App the device is showing as "offline". Is this a problem? If so, how do I persuade the device to show as "online"?

Hi @KikiFrog1973

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

The switch does not involve getting them to show online. This switch is plug-and-play and is like a regular Ethernet jack extender.

It could be that the Eero does not receive the packets from the devices.
