WAP EAP650 Hardware Model has "[Custom]" in Name
Hi,
I have 2 EAP650 WAP connected to a hardware controller (OC200). I bought both within a few months of each other, and the firmware has only been updated by via the Controller (until now). However, one model continues to have "[Custom]", while the other no longer does. Because of this with recent updates to the firmware upgrade process with the latest Controller software, the device with "[Custom]" in the name isn't recognized as needing an update. So for this last round I had to find, download and update it manually. It still continues to have "[Custom]" in the name. Actually, for a long period of time they both had "[Custom]" in the name, but eventually at some point, with one update, the one was cleared of that extra name, but the other still retains it. Neither had it when initially connected to the controller.
One device says: "EAP650(US) v1.0"
The other says: "EAP650(US) v1.0[Custom]"
On the labels on the bottom, both have a stick on label, one says "EAP650(US) v1.20" (This is the one that continues to show "[Custom]").
The other says "EAP650(US) v1.26".
How can I clear this "[Custom]" label?
Thanks in advance!
