EAP235-Wall Stopped working

I noticed my EAP235 was negotiating at 100mbps. I disconnected it to change the cable, and now it won't turn on, even when I change the PoE port its connected to or swap cables back to the original.

Hi @Blacksburg
Do you mean the EAP235-wall can not be powed on anymore?
What kind of POE adapter are you using? Please try with a shorter cable.
Or, please keep the device unplugged for around 2 hours, and try power it on again.
If that didn't work, please with the POE plugged in, press and hold the reset button of the EAP for around 8 seconds.

Hi, yes, the eap235-wall won't turn on. I tried a shorter cable, and waited two hours, and pressed the reset button however it still won't turn on.
I have it plugged into a PoE switch (TL-SG1016PE).
I've also tried other ports that I know are working on the switch, but the switch status lights remain off for that port when the eap235-wall is plugged in. The status lights turn on when other PoE devices are plugged into the same port.
