I just restarted my vps then when i log in my server my whole set up is gone, its back to config set up. but when i type my main administrator user it say operation forbidden how to fix this

When you say restarted vps, do you mean restart the controller?
Is the Internet working?
Please share us a screenshot of the error message page, and include the URL.
Please try to login with the local user account of the controller.
