Firmware Version: 1.34.2

Hello,

i create a port schedule with timerange for example to power off a accesspoint and the device gets off because no poe power.

at this point all ok but

when i disable the schedule in the overview so for my understanding the poe port has to power on but still no power on the speicifed port.

Also when i delete the schedule from the list, there is no power on the port.

To have power on the port i had to create a new schedule time 00:00-00:00 to switch power on for the port.

I think after creating the schedule the switch get the configuration but when i disable the configuration the switch/device does not get the new config ?

Maybe you have to send a template config to the specified port with 00:00-00:00 Timerange when disable and when enable the timerange from the time range list which is defindes?

Hi  @nurix

The Port Schedule on the Controller works by the Controller sending commands to the switch (SW) at specific times to enable or disable PoE, based on its own timer.

You likely disabled this schedule during the original schedule's "Disable PoE" period, which may have caused the switch to revert the port's PoE configuration to the default "Off" state.

Recommendation:
Enable **Profile Overrides** in the device's private port settings to **manually set the PoE Mode to "Always On"** for this port.

Hi  @nurix

Are you using SG2210P?

What's the model number of the POE device plugged into the port?

After deteleing the config, please unplug the cable from the port and plug it back and see if the power will be back or not.

  @Vincent-TP

it was EAP653(EU) v1.0 and the switch is the TL-SG2210P v5.20

i did not unplugged the AP from port.

i did create new port schedule with 00:00-00:00 and assigned it to the port and saved. After this the AP get power over port and was available.

Hi  @nurix

Thanks for the info.

I suspect that when disabling the schedule, the configuration push failed, causing some sporadic issues.

You can continue using it as is, or try forgetting the switch and re-adopting it.

  @Vincent-TP

when i do a re-adoption on the switch than I have more than 5min downtime on all devices which are plugged in this switch. This is not the best way :)

I can recreate this situation it's not a sporadic issue i think
