Hello
I have this routerER706W-4G and 2 wan internet conections. I have also 3 acces point ( EAP 245) in my location. Is there any chance to setup wireless to use only (wan2) ap also and wired devices to use (wan 1)?

You will have to use Policy Based Routing. You will send VLAN whatever over to WAN whatever.
Goto settings/ Routing/Policy Routing.
Make sure all your hardware is updated and the controller is too.
