Model: TL-R600VPN
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.4 Build 20200313 Rel.41831

I installed MeshCentral server on a windows 10 PC on my home network and am trying to configure my router to allow remote PCs to access it.  I configured port forwarding first, but PCs trying to connect via WAN port just timeout.  I then tried configuring the Firewall to allow any remote user to access the server.  Remote PCs trying to connect via WAN port still just timeout.  Not sure what, if anything, I am doing wrong.  Are there any examples for how to configure this, or tools that will indicate where I went wrong?

Thanks

Hi @Tom_W_2277

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If you have a real public IP address.

If you don't, you would never succeed by port forwarding.

Virtual Services(Port Forwarding) on the Router Doesn't Take Effect
