I want to create 2 different subnets (192.168.51.x/24 and 192.168.52.x/24), one to be served on port 5 and one on port 4.
How do I do that?

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
This router does not support the VLAN interface function.
Even if you need to do it with this router, you need a switch to support the VLAN DHCP server.

Consider the Omada series, like ER605 or ER7206. High-end models can be found on the official website.
