My device disconnects suddenly when channel Utilization is 100% while Multicast-to-Unicast Conversion and ARP-to-Unicast Conversion settings are enabled.

channel Utilization is 100%: is this happening on both 2.4G and 5G? Please share a screenshot.
Is this happened after you enabling Multicast-to-Unicast Conversion and ARP-to-Unicast Conversion settings? Or before?
Please reboot the EAP, will it come back online?
