SG2210P v3 Won't Show Up in Omada...Won't let me update Firmware

On the label on the bottom of the switch it says v3 next to SG2210P. Based on information found in searches and on ChatGPT (same thing I guess), v3 and later should be able to be updated to later firmware that makes this switch work with Omada.
When I connect to it and try to upload/update firmware, it errors out saying it can't update.
I am getting firmware that says it's for v3 hardware. Or at least I think I am.
Anyone have any ideas?

I will try again but I am 99.9% sure I tried that and it failed. I don't have the switch with me at the moment so I can't verify but I will try again and maybe post screenshots of the error. If it says v3 on the label, it should be able to be updated to Omada compatible firmware correct?
What would be the exact model number on the label?
Try to manually upgrade with each version to the latest. Skipping too much might cause a problem.
If you cannot upgrade the device anyway, what's the screenshot of the error message?

The label on the bottom says this for model: T1500G-10PS V2.0 (TL-SG2210P V3.0)
When I upload the firmware the screenshot you posted points to, it shows that it attempts to start the upgrade but then after several seconds says "Failed to upgrade the firmware. Please try again." with an OK button.

This is it. It should not have any newer firmware. Did you use other versions of firmware? That would not work for it.

Correct. When I try any of those firmware versions, even starting at the bottom, they all say they can't update.

What would be your current firmware?
And what is your controller?
The port might be blocked so that you cannot upgrade. Try the standalone mode and a manual upgrade. Will that still report that error?

I'm directly connecting a laptop to the switch and configuring the ethernet settings to match the 192.168.0.1 switch per the instructions. Can ping it and can login to the web interface (obviously, I know). I didn't grab a screenshot and I've already disconnected it for now but the current firmware version is from 2019.
