Omada Cloud, disconnected

It's getting a bit tiresome, but maybe someone has an idea. I've configured the router with almost standard settings, I don't set anything special. Everything works, and after a while I see on the omada website disconnected. Force provisioning doesn't work. I reset the router and then nothing either. I do a hard reset of the device, and it starts configuring itself with omada - it works again - I correct the settings. Some time passes - e.g. two weeks and the same thing again.. any ideas?

What cloud? CBC or Cloud essential?
What firmware do you use on the router?
I cannot judge without information. So far, it seems to be the case that the firewall or something caused the keepalive packet loss.

What is the controller?
No more details about your controller?
Disconnected means the controller and the router keepalive packets are lost for 10 minutes, and it enters this status.
So, that's where you cut in and troubleshoot.

I dont know how long, was working one-two days. Everything is works but cant manage because is DISCONNECTED. There is no firewalls. Nothing changed - default settings. Firmware 1.1.3, ER706W v1.0. Can't upload pics here - 403 - another error ;-)
