@Clive_A Thanks for your time, i don't want to sound with a bad attitude but i did try that already. I did perform the reset to factory defaults sometimes before (forgotten password, etc)... It was my first try this time too, it did not work. Believe me, i know how to do it, i did it... It didn't work.

Sorry if that sounds Bad, My English is very límited but believe me, i'm very familiar with those procedures and none of them fix the er605

Dev mentioned that they reset it in this way. They tested this method.

Unplug the power supply -> wait for 30 seconds, the power indicator light is on -> long-press the reset button until the power indicator light flashes and then release it

If this does not work for you, you can consider the RMA.

This issue is reported, and they will come up with a plan to address this in the future firmware update.

For anyone else who read this post, DO NOT TRY IT.
If you happen to face the same issue, try the steps above.

I dont see how its reboot date or time would make any difference, when it powers up it doesnt know what the time is, it has to wait for WAN to come up (5 mins) and then sync to an NTP server

@GRL I don't know. I just bricked 2 ER605, standalone, adding that exact config. It does not happen with other scheluded dates.

Restore factory settings not helping. Loading firmware from emergeny mode not helping, justo bricked after reboot with that Scheluded Reboot values.

Oh it wasnt clear, i thought you meant the actual reboot causes an issue, not setting it up in the GUI.

@GRL Sorry, English is not my natural, i wanted to warn You all. After setting up that specific reboot (with those values), any reboot will brick the er605

Does pin-hole reset not work either? i know you said you tried the emergency re-flash however this doesnt always clear settings in my experience

  @KenoUno

Some aspects I wonder:

So, it is the end of May. How do you test it or make it reboot on the first day of every month?

You set the time manually?

What time do you set on the device? You set the time twice on two devices? For what reason?

Steps to reproduce this?

Both models are on firmware 2.2.6?

@Clive_A Please, do not try, it Will brick your device.

Add a Schedule Reboot for every month on 1st day and 00h 01m

Click ENABLE

Click OK

Then manually reboot your ER605. IT WILL NOT BOOT.

First ER605 with 2.2.6

Second ER605 with 2.2.5

Both lost in action, jejeje

I think he means all ou have to do is set up this specific schedule in standalone mode and save it.

Then, any type of reboot whether scheduled or not will kill it
