Hi,

I recently noticed the issue of missing configuration on my Omada SDN when someone call to me regarding the VPN issue, then i check if their account is expired. but then all is gone.

I havent upgrade the controller to the latest version yet but i saw the notification, the only thing i upgrade is the firmware of switches and access point.

Controller : OC300 v1 1.28.2 Build 20250110 Rel.74960

Router: 8411

Here is the list of user, all gone. The Settings is off. and noticed this. i am still connected .

Hi  @Jeesoon1

Thanks for p

This is a known issue that has been resolved in the latest firmware version of the controller, which you have already updated.

However, the existing configurations will not be restored after upgrading to the fixed firmware version.

Solution:

1. If you still keep the config file before noticing this issue, just re-import the config to your controller, and the config will be restored.

Note: This may requries VPN users to manually reconnect to the VPN servers.

2. If you don't have the config file,  you'll need to:

Force provision the router (note: this will erase existing VPN settings and disconnect active clients - we recommend performing this during off-peak hours).

and reconfigure your VPN settings. The system will then function normally.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  @Jeesoon1

All configuration in VPN is gone, but site-to-site and client-to-site is working unless access is expired.

Update:

I updated the controller to the latest version and do a restart for the gateway, still nothing
