EAP772 V1 curcled adoptation

EAP772 V1 - firmware 1.0.14 Build 20240801 Rel. 78844
Omada controller 5.15.20.20 .
I have one EAP772 V1 and three EAP772 V2. All are powered by a single POE switch.
Periodically, EAP772 V1 loses adaptation with the controller and cannot go through the adaptation procedure - the controller informs that the access point is "adopting".
Only turning off the power to the access point helps to solve the problem. The problem is only seen on the first version EAP772.
The Ethernet cable was replaced, but it did not help. Its length is 4 m. The Poe port on the switch was also changing.

Hi @g2_ufo
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
With this config, to identify where the issue located, please swap one EAP772 v2 with the EAP772 v1, check if the issue comes with the EAP772 v1, or with the SG2008P, or with certain cables. If the issue comes with the EAP772 v1, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.

Hi @g2_ufo
What's the model number of the POE switch?
Please check if the POE budget is enough for all the 4 EAP units.

Hi @g2_ufo
One SG2008P is not sufficient to power on 4 EAP772 simultaneously.
Below is POE budget of SG2008P v3.2:
Below is the POE consumption for one EAP772 v2:
Three will be around 76W, which is larger than the SG2008P can hold. You may choose two EAP to power them via POE adapter, or update a more powerful switch, such as SG2210MP

Hi @g2_ufo
Remaining PoE Power - 75.16% / 46.60W
>>>As for this info, the Controller displays an average remaining PoE power, but for usage scenarios like EAP (where power consumption fluctuates significantly), short-term power peaks may be much higher. This could lead to instability during actual operation.
To determine whether this issue is caused by insufficient PoE power supply, you can connect only one V1 and one V2 EAP772 to the switch and observe if the EAP operates stably.

You misunderstood me.
One EAP772 V1 and Hiwatch IPC-C042-G0 camera are connected to one SG2008P v3.20 . And EAP772 V1 has a problem with "adopting" sometimes. There is no need extra power (EAP772 V1 - 24w , camera - 7W )!
Three EAP772 V2 are connected to another POE switch without any problems with "adopting".
